| The service that I received from Pro Touch Auto was very professional and efficient. The entire staff treated me as if I were an important customer. I needed warranty service perform and Jeff was able to convince Max Care to cover the cost. I even received a follow up call to check if I had any issues. I didn?t. Excellent customer service ? |

| It has been 3 weeks now that Pro Touch Auto had my vehicle in there shop. Now, it?s not Pro Touch Auto problem are fault it?s Omega Warranty problem because Omega use a third party company name Smart Auto, my warranty couldn?t be used because of one receipt that I don?t have but it?s okay my vehicle is still getting fixed by Pro touch Auto. I believe in the ladies that work hard at the front desk and the mechanic?s that work hard to get the job done. I am very patient I am a Army disability veteran all we do is wait it?s a Army thing. But I give the shop a 4 star. |

| Pro Touch Auto provided excellent service to my older vehicle and the estimated time frame was acceptable. Although, my repair was not budget friendly Pro Touch Auto was able to refer me to a loan company that handles any type of credit to assist me in getting back on the road. Thanks for the follow-up calls and the genuine concern for my situation. |
